Residential Management Group (RMG), amarket-leadingProperty Management Company, is looking foraAssistant Property Managerto support the delivery of an excellent property management service across a residential portfolio. In this varied role,you'llprovide key administrative and coordination support to our wider regional teams, helping to ensure our customers receive a consistently high standard of service.

More about your role

Yourday-to-daywill be busy and varied, and will include:

\n
    \n
  • Client care and liaison, ensuring calls and emails are handled professionally and efficiently, and queries are resolved wherever possible.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Supporting coordination betweenaccounts and property servicesteams to help deliver service commitments.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Working in line with industry standards and expectations, including theRICS Code of Conduct,TPIguidance.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Assistingwithrecord keeping, ensuring accuracy and maintenance of client and company records.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • SupportingHealth & Safetyadministration: reviewing and actioning hazard reports, completing hazard actions, and escalating concerns where needed.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Helping with core operational tasks such assitetake-ons(preparing transition checklists),key issuance, urgentpurchase orders, regional reporting, and otherad-hocprojects as agreed.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Promoting a strong service culture by working to agreedSLAs, sending holding responses when needed, andidentifyingopportunities to improve customer service.
  • \n

Essential skills and experience:

  • A Full Ukdriverslicense and access to own vehicle
  • \n

    \n
  • Strong administrative or coordination experience, with excellentattention to detailandaccuraterecord keeping.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a professional andcustomer-focusedapproach.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, respond within SLAs and use initiative to improve working practices.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Comfortable handling calls, emails,correspondenceand case updates in a busy environment.
  • \n
\n

Desirable:

    \n
  • Exposure to property management or familiarity withTPIstandards.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Experience supportingHealth & Safetyadministration or hazard reporting processes.
  • \n
\n
