About the role\n
\nAs our Digital Product Manager (Fundraising), youll help us create better digital experiences for our supporters. Youll make it easier for people to donate, fundraise and connect with Alzheimers Society.\n
\nYoull join our Digital and Ecommerce team within our Income and Engagement directorate. Working with colleagues across Fundraising, Digital, Data and Technology, youll use insight, data and product expertise to understand what our supporters need and turn those insights into improvements.\n

What youll do\n
\nYoull help our digital fundraising products grow and improve. Youll use user insight, data and product expertise to create experiences that work for our supporters.\n
\nYoull ask questions, explore possibilities and help us understand how we can do things better.\n
\nYoull:\n

  • Manage and improve our digital fundraising products, including donation journeys, event registration platforms and third-party fundraising tools.
  • \n
  • Create and evolve product roadmaps, helping teams understand what were improving and why.
  • \n
  • Use analytics, user feedback and testing to improve supporter journeys and increase engagement.
  • \n
  • Work with colleagues, technical teams and external suppliers to deliver improvements.
  • \n
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and bring teams together around shared goals.
  • \n
  • Champion accessible and user-friendly digital experiences.
  • \n
  • Support agile ways of working through collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
  • \n
  • Share knowledge and help colleagues feel confident using digital products and tools.
  • \n

About you\n
\nWere looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and motivated by creating digital experiences that make a difference.\n
\nMaybe youve followed a traditional product management career path. Or perhaps youve built your experience through digital delivery, ecommerce, website management or improving online experiences. Either way, were interested in the skills and experience you can bring.\n
\nDo you enjoy bringing people together around a shared goal? Are you someone who uses insight and evidence to understand problems and find solutions?\n
\nYoull bring experience of:\n
    \n
  • Managing digital products or websites, creating and evolving roadmaps and delivering continuous improvement.
  • \n
  • Managing fundraising products and tools such as Fundraise Up, Enthuse, GoDonate, Funraisin, JustGiving or similar digital platforms.
  • \n
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and teams across a complex organisation.
  • \n
  • Working in agile environments, using approaches such as Scrum, iterative delivery and continuous learning.
  • \n
  • Using analytics, including Google Analytics 4, to understand user behaviour and improve supporter journeys.
  • \n
Youll communicate clearly with different audiences. Youll enjoy solving problems, sharing ideas and working with others to create positive change.\n
