ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (FINANCE) | BIRMINGHAM (1 DAY) £55,000 - £65,000 + EQUITY\n
\nYouve built a finance desk before. Now you want to own one - properly.\n
\nAt some point, it stops being about how good you are. Its about who youre learning from and what youre building into.\n
\nHere, youll work directly under a leader whos about to bill £1m this year, whilst helping build one of the most exciting recruitment businesses in the market.\n
\nStill winning new logos. Still opening accounts. Still doing the job at the highest level. No layers. No distance. Youll see how its done and benefit from it.\n
\nYoull build a finance practice your way.\n
\nFrom day one, youll run your own P&L with real equity tied to performance. Not vague promises. A clear structure where your stake grows as you build.\n
\nThe package is strong - up to £65k base with a commission scheme that dwarves most in the market - but thats not the reason youd move.\n
\nIts the leverage.\n
\nAs you grow a team around you, your earnings stop being limited to your own billings. Youre building something that pays you properly, not just now, but long term.\n
\nYoull need to be comfortable opening new logos and have a track record that shows youve built rather than inherited. But, you will have the opportunity to be introduced to a huge amount of existing clients who have existing opportunities to leverage.\n

\nWhat youll be doing:\n
\nYoull build and lead a finance recruitment practice.\n
\nYoull define the market, win clients, open accounts, build candidate networks, and shape the desk around the area you know best.\n
\nYoull run your own P&L, make commercial decisions, and eventually hire around you.\n
\nWhat youll need:\n
\nExperience recruiting into the finance market.\n
\nA track record of opening new accounts and building revenue yourself.\n
\nStrong personal billings.\n
\nThe ambition to build a team, not just run a desk.\n
