Interim Supported Learning ManagerThis role involves enhancing the learning experience for students with diverse needs. The Interim Supported Learning Manager will oversee supported learning initiatives, ensure compliance with educational standards, and foster an inclusive environment that promotes student success.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate supported learning services for students.

• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.

• Monitor student progress and adapt support as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
\n
• Provide training and guidance to staff on supported learning practices.
\n
• Engage with parents and external agencies to support student development.
\n
• Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and interventions

The Person

\n
• Experience in educational management or a related field.Ideally Further Education
\n
• Strong understanding of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
