• Role: IT Support Engineer (L3).

• Contract: 17-Aug-2026 - 26-Feb-2027

• Pay Rates:
\n
• Umbrella Rate: £25.75/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
\n
• PAYE Basic Rate: £19.85/hour
\n
• Work schedule:Monday to Friday.
\n
• Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Our mobile pool team comprises 3 engineers covering the Leeds\Yorkshire area for sickness, holiday cover, resource on demand requests and project requests.
\n
• The team covers a number of different customer accounts, including government and banking customers, so you will be required to gain clearances for a number of different customers, including Government SC and DV.
\n
• Senior Customer Engineers provide intermediate to advanced level desktop installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting services.
\n
• Senior Customer Engineers can also provide basic Wintel server installation, configuration, administration, and break fix repairs.
\n
• A Senior Customer Engineer is hardware and software skilled and accredited through the appropriate vendor training programmes.
\n
