With approachable partners, strong secretarial support, low staff turnover and genuine opportunities for progression, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career with a respected local practice.The role: - Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. - Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. - Dealing with transfers of equity, remortgages and other residential property matters. - Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professionals. - Delivering an efficient, professional and client focused service throughout each transaction.About you: You'll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, whether qualified as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non qualified Conveyancer with a proven background in residential property.
