    • Mergers, demergers and reorganisations
    • \n
    • Share buy backs/purchase of own shares and multiple completion contracts
    • \n
    • Share for share exchanges
    • \n
    • Tax advantaged share schemes eg EMI share options
    • \n
    • Venture capital schemes eg EIS/SEIS
    • \n
    • R&D and Creative Industries tax relief claims (including video games tax reliefs)
    • \n
    • Capital allowances
    • \n
    • Intangible assets
    • \n
    • Tax efficient profit extraction
    • \n

Profile

A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:

  • A strong background in corporate tax.
  • \n
  • Excellent technical tax knowledge.
  • \n
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within a professional services firm.
  • \n
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • ATT or CTA qualification (or equivalent accounting qualification).
  • \n
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • \n
  • The ability to contribute to business development activities.
  • \n
