Vehicle Technician

Our client, a leading main dealership based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, is currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their main dealer workshop. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:\n

\n
• Conduct routine servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on all vehicles
\n
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and is completed to first-time quality
\n
• Support internal departments with vehicle preparation and maintenance tasks as a Vehicle Technician
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve workshop performance and knowledge sharing
\n
• Keep abreast of technical developments to enhance service quality
\n
• Assist with MOT testing and servicing hybrid or VAG vehicles (advantageous but not essential)
\n

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:\n

\n
• IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
\n
• Proven workshop experience with strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
\n
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points
\n
• Motivated, team-oriented, and dedicated to achieving targets
\n
• Experience in MOT testing, hybrid vehicles, or VAG brands is advantageous but not essential
\n
