\nSalary: Circa £16.50 per hour + shift allowance
\nJob Type: Full time, Permanent
\nWorking Hours: 5pm- 2am, Mon-Fri

\nAbout the Role:
\nWe are seeking a confident and reliable Packing Operative / Packing Machine Operator to join our evening shift team at our Rice Mill in Fulbourn.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with packing line experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Work as part of a six-person evening shift packing team operating packing lines \n
- Monitor packing equipment and carry out basic fault finding and minor repairs \n
- Complete production records and quality control documentation accurately \n
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times \n
- Support general production activities to ensure the site operates efficiently and compliantly \n
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the business \n
About you:
\nEssential
\n- \n
- Experience working on packing or production lines \n
- Basic IT and computer skills \n
- Good attention to detail and record-keeping abilities \n
- Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards \n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team \n
Desirable
\n- \n
- Experience within the food manufacturing industry \n
- Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence \n
- Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 qualification \n
