Roofing Contract Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity with an established and growing roofing contractor who is looking for an experienced Contracts Managers to support its expanding workload across the North West region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work, overseeing projects from pre-start through to completion. The Role: Managing multiple roofing contracts across the North West Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and project delivery Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget Building and maintaining strong client relationships Monitoring programme, quality and overall project performanceWhat They're Looking For: Previous experience as a Contracts Manager, Site Manager or Project Manager A background in roofing is highly desirable, although candidates with equivalent experience delivering roofing projects will also be considered Strong organisational and communication skills Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel across the North when requiredWhat's On Offer: Salary from £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience Company vehicle / Car Allowance 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company closure days where applicable Private healthcare A long-term opportunity with a business that continues to growIf you have the relevant experience, and are interested, please submit your CV today!
