\nA well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Asbestos Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of commercial, industrial, and education sector projects across the West Midlands, Staffordshire, and M40 Corridor.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with strong technical experience who is comfortable managing complex projects independently and is looking to join a consultancy that values quality, compliance, and professional development.

\nThe RoleCarrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys across commercial, industrial, and education sector sites
\nManaging complex survey projects independently
\nProducing accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports in line with HSG264
\nConducting bulk sampling and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
\nMaintaining high technical and compliance standards
\nLiaising professionally with clients, contractors, and project teams
\nSupporting junior surveyors where required
\nAbout YouBOHS P402 (essential)
\nMinimum 3 years' experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
\nStrong experience surveying commercial, industrial, and education sector properties
\nExperience working independently on complex projects
\nStrong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation
\nFull UK driving licence
\nProfessional, organised, and reliable
\nPlease note: This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is predominantly domestic housing surveys.
