\nHours: Full & Part time hours considered (to cover a 24-hour service, expected 12-hour shifts across days and nights.)
\nWhat is the role?
\nAs a registered nurse, youll be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing high-quality palliative and end-of-life care, supporting patients and families with compassion, skill and empathy.
\nYoull deliver care through:
\nEvidence-based clinical care and symptom management
\nHolistic, person-centred care for patients and families
\nWorking collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team including social workers, spiritual care, physios
\nSupporting patients with dignity throughout their end-of-life journey
\nPrevious hospice or palliative care experience isn't essential. If you're an experienced Registered Nurse with compassion and a willingness to learn, we'll provide a comprehensive induction and ongoing specialist development.

\nCompassionate and patient-focused
\nA strong communicator
\nAble to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
\nExperienced in palliative, hospice, oncology or complex care (desirable)
