This position is ideal for a calm and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping pupils overcome barriers to learning. You will play a vital role in fostering positive behaviour and engagement throughout the school day and encouraging confidence and emotional development among pupils.

- Supporting pupils as a SEN Teaching Assistant \n
- Delivering behaviour and learning interventions \n
- Building positive, consistent relationships with pupils \n
- Collaborating with teaching staff to support learning \n
- Encouraging confidence and emotional development \n

- Minimum 6 months’ experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant \n
- Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviour \n
- Enhanced Child or Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one \n
- Ability to provide references covering the previous 24 months \n
This role is based in Sutton Coldfield, offering £95.00 - £109.25 per day. The contract starts on 1st September 2026.
