Design & Technology Teacher (Supply – Part Time)Durham Secondary School | Start SeptemberWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Durham on a part-time, supply basis starting in September.This is an excellent opportunity for a committed practitioner looking for a flexible role, with the position initially offered for
one day per week and
likely to continue through to the Easter break.
The Role:\n
\n - Deliver engaging and high-quality DT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
\n - Plan, prepare, and assess in line with school expectations (proportionate to working pattern)
\n - Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
\n - Contribute positively to the wider school ethos and department
\n
The Ideal Candidate:\n
\n - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
\n - Experience teaching Design & Technology at secondary level
\n - Strong classroom management skills
\n - A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
\n - Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
\n
