Pre-Tender Planner Main Contractor HertfordshireNew Build & Refurbishment (50/50) | Typical Projects £1m£5m | Salary £50,000£70,000 + Car/AllowanceAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre-Tender Planner to join a well-established, privately owned main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. This role suits someone looking to further their planning career within a stable, supportive business delivering a mix of new-build and refurbishment projects.The company works across commercial buildings, education, healthcare, heritage, leisure, community facilities, residential, fit-outs and specialist refurbishments. Typical schemes range from £1m£5m, with the wider business capable of delivering projects up to £10m.Youll be joining the Pre-Construction and Estimating team, working alongside two other Planners and supporting Estimators throughout the tender process.
