\nDay-to-Day of the role:

- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process. \n
- Preparing contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation. \n
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems. \n
- Assisting with absence, holiday, and attendance tracking. \n
- Responding to employee HR queries in a professional and confidential manner. \n
- Coordinating training activities and maintaining training records. \n
- Supporting payroll administration and employee benefits processes. \n
- Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. \n
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. \n
What we're looking for

- Previous experience in an HR, Administration, or Office Support role. \n
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. \n
- Confident communication and interpersonal abilities. \n
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. \n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. \n
- A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach. \n
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD would be advantageous but not essential. \n
