Job Description
Location: Hybrid (Location to be disclosed during the recruitment process)
\nPay: £18.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
\nHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break) – flexibility required
\nContract: Temporary/Contract
\nA leading global financial services organisation is seeking a German-speaking Junior Team Assistant to join a busy, fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer service or administrative background who is looking to develop a career within a prestigious international business.
\nYou will provide administrative support to a large team of junior banking professionals, working alongside an experienced team of assistants. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide diary and calendar management for bankers at Associate level and above. \n
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls across multiple international time zones. \n
- Manage high volumes of emails and telephone calls, ensuring timely communication. \n
- Arrange meeting rooms, video conferences, and internal/external meetings. \n
- Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visa applications, and ground transportation. \n
- Process expenses and invoices accurately and efficiently. \n
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple teams. \n
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks while managing changing priorities. \n
- Provide holiday and telephone cover for colleagues when required. \n

- Fluent German and English (spoken and written) is essential. \n
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or office support. \n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. \n
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. \n
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. \n
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels. \n
- A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach. \n
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. \n
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and take initiative. \n
