Van Sales Executive

Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership in Cardiff, South Wales, is seeking an experienced Van Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. • Basic salary between £27,000 and £29,000 per annum

• First year on-target earnings exceeding £50,000

Duties of a Van Sales Executive:\n

• Sell new and used vans, including finance, insurance, and associated products/services
\n
• Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive customer engagement
\n
• Manage customer relationships, keeping them informed of delivery progress and resolving queries
\n
• Collect payments and ensure smooth transaction completion as a Van Sales Executive
\n
• Explain warranty and service plans to customers and introduce them to the Aftersales Department
\n
• Demonstrate van features and provide exceptional customer service
\n
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, industry developments, and competitive offers
\n
• Develop and nurture a customer contact base in line with company objectives
\n

Requirements of a Van Sales Executive:\n

• Proven experience in van, commercial vehicle, or LCV sales is essential
\n
• Existing customer/client contacts are highly desirable
\n
• Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Cardiff, South Wales
\n
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
\n
• Motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude
\n
• Fast learner with the drive and energy to seize every sales opportunity
