Part-Time Senior Administrator / PA (Fixed-Term Contract)Part-Time | 25-28 Hours per Week | Fully Office-Based | FTC Until March 2027Based in south Cambridgeshire Salary: Circa £40,000 FTE Our client, a successful and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Senior Administrator / PA to join their team on a fixed-term contract through to March 2027.This is a varied and hands-on position supporting a busy leadership team in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. - Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership \n
- Complex diary and meeting management \n
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries \n
- Organising board and investor meetings \n
- Preparing meeting documentation and presentations \n
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and guests \n
- Managing office and facilities administration \n
- Supporting with basic HR administration \n
- Assisting with routine finance and operational tasks \n
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office \n

- Excellent organisational and time management skills \n
- The ability to adapt quickly in a changing and sometimes fast-moving environment \n

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint \n
- A professional and welcoming approach when dealing with visitors and external stakeholders \n
