\n\nAs an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting employees and leaders through important moments across the employee lifecycle. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll manage complex HR matters, provide guidance on policies and procedures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.
\nWorking within a collaborative HR team, you'll balance employee relations support, operational HR activities, and process improvement initiatives to ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:\n- \n
- Manage and resolve complex and non-standard HR cases across areas including employee relations, attendance, employee lifecycle matters, benefits, and policy interpretation. \n
- Partner with managers and employees to provide practical HR advice and solutions. \n
- Act as a subject matter expert, supporting colleagues with guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practice. \n
- Develop clear and effective HR guidance materials, knowledge articles, and process documentation. \n
- Identify recurring issues and trends, conducting root-cause analysis and recommending improvements. \n
- Support HR operational excellence through compliance with service standards, governance requirements, data privacy, and confidentiality obligations. \n
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to simplify, standardise, and enhance HR processes and employee support services. \n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen HR service delivery and employee experience. \n
Profile
\nA successful HR Generalist should have:
\n\n- \n
- Previous experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Shared Services, or a generalist HR function. \n
- Proven experience managing complex HR cases and providing practical solutions within policy frameworks. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. \n
- Experience using HRIS platforms and case management systems. \n
- The ability to work independently while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. \n
- Excellent communication and influencing skills. \n
- A flexible approach and the ability to balance operational priorities with longer-term improvement initiatives. \n
