\nStandard Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday)
\nPay Rates:
\nDay Shift: £17.95 / hr
\nNight Shift: £23.93 / hr
\nOvertime (First 10 hours): £26.93 / hr
\nOvertime (After 10 hours): £35.90 / hr
\nShift Patterns (Must be willing to work both Days and Nights):

- Day Shift: Monday 07:00 - 17:15 | Tuesday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:45 \n
- Night Shift: Monday 21:00 - 07:15 | Tuesday - Thursday 21:00 - 06:45 \n
Key Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Perform MMA/MIG welding, gas welding, brazing, and soldering on custom containers, silencers, and skid bases. \n
- Fabricate, modify, and rework complex structures-often without the aid of detailed prints or fixtures. \n
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and plan your work sequence effectively. \n
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality standards, and 5S workplace organisation practices. \n
- Mentor and train other team members when required, upholding core company values. \n
Qualifications & Skills
\nRequired:
\n- \n
- Formal Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Fabrication/Welding. \n
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering prints and schematic assembly drawings. \n
- Strong practical arithmetic skills and ability to follow detailed technical instructions. \n
- Flexibility to work both day and night shift rotations, plus overtime when required. \n
Desired:

- Previous experience operating within a Lean manufacturing environment. \n
- Experience using slinging equipment and cranes to transport heavy fabrications safely. \n
- Comfortable working from heights and using measuring tapes/squares to check high-precision work. \n
- Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and excellent work organization skills. \n
