\nShift Options: 6:00am to 2:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm

The Role\nWe are looking for a CNC Operator to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality bespoke products for specialist environments. The role involves operating CNC machinery and working from technical drawings to manufacture precision components to exact specifications. The company specialises in the production of custom-made products where quality, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Set up and operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently. \n
- Program, set, and adjust CNC machines to meet production requirements. \n
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications. \n
- Select appropriate tooling and materials for manufacturing processes. \n
- Measure and inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met. \n
- Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance. \n
- Maintain a clean and organised work area. \n
- Work closely with production and manufacturing teams to meet deadlines. \n
- Report any machine faults, quality issues, or production concerns. \n
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times. \n

- Previous experience operating CNC machinery. \n
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings. \n
- Experience setting and programming CNC machines would be highly desirable. \n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. \n
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \n
- Experience working with wood or timber-based products would be highly advantageous, although this is not essential. \n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn. \n

- Full-time, permanent position. \n
- Monday to Friday working pattern. \n
- Choice of two shifts: 6:00am to 2:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm. \n
