General Operative

Responsive Personnel are pleased to be working with a leading uPVC manufacturing company who are looking for a General Operative to join their team.

As a General Operative, you will be working alongside the rest of the warehouse & production teams to ensure the day to day up-keep of the facility.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.

Salary: £12.71 per hour.

Your General Operative responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Ensuring the warehouse & production areas are kept clean, tidy and free of debris.
\n
• Scanning goods into the warehouse on arrival from manufacturers.
\n
• Following manual handling procedures.
\n
• Assisting with the manufacturing of components when required.
\n
• Loading / unloading vehicles.
\n

General Operative Experience & Qualifications:

\n
• Must have previous experience of working in a warehouse / production environment.
\n
• Good attention to detail.
\n
• Strong communication & organisation skills.
\n
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence would be an advantage but not essential.
\n
• Full UK driving licence would be an advantage but not essential.
\n
