Kettering

We are looking for a reliable Stores Operative to join our small warehouse team in Kettering.

This is a hands on role working within a small, well organised stores environment alongside one experienced colleague. While the wider business has larger operations elsewhere, this site offers a quieter and more relaxed working atmosphere, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and taking pride in keeping things organised.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and booking in deliveries
\n
• Storing and organising stock within the warehouse
\n
• Picking and preparing materials as required
\n
• Carrying out regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records
\n
• Keeping the stores area tidy, safe and well organised
\n
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries when required
\n
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
\n

We're looking for someone who is:

\n
• Reliable, organised and self-motivated
\n
• Comfortable working in a small team environment
\n
• Happy to work independently and manage their workload
\n
• Familiar with warehouse or stores operations (preferred but not essential)
\n
• In possession of a full UK driving licence (preferred)
\n
• FLT licence holder (advantageous but not essential)
\n
