Job Description

The Business Analyst will gather requirements, improve business processes and help deliver change. The successful candidate must have strong Pensions experience and a proven background in transformation, business change and process improvement.

  • Understand current business processes, issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • \n
  • Gather, document, and manage business requirements.
  • \n
  • Create clear outputs such as process maps, user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
  • \n
  • Identify ways to simplify, standardise, automate, or improve processes.
  • \n
  • Work with business teams, technology teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Support transformation delivery from discovery through to testing, implementation, and adoption.
  • \n
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to agree requirements and decisions.
  • \n
  • Support User Acceptance Testing, defect management, and business sign-off.
  • \n
  • Provide clear updates on progress, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
  • \n
  • Support both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches where required.
  • \n

Profile

\n

A successful Business Analyst should have:

\n
    \n
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • \n
  • Strong background in Pensions
  • \n
  • Experience delivering transformation, change, or process improvement projects.
  • \n
  • Good understanding of operational processes, controls, risks, and data.
  • \n
  • Experience working with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and compliance.
  • \n
  • Experience supporting projects through requirements, testing, implementation, and adoption.
  • \n

Job Offer

  • Salary between £50,000 and £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
