Injection Moulding Setter / Technician

Kidlington, Oxford

We're recruiting for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter / Technician to join a growing manufacturing business. This opportunity offers the choice of either a rotating shift pattern or a permanent day shift.

Working Options

4 on 4 off (Days & Nights, 7am-7pm) Up to £43,416 including 34% shift allowance

OR

Monday-Friday Days (40 hours) Typically 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible) Up to £33,000 plus benefits

The Role

\n
• Set and operate injection moulding machines
\n
• Carry out tool changes, machine start-ups and process optimisation
\n
• Monitor quality and make process adjustments as required
\n
• Troubleshoot machinery issues to minimise downtime
\n
• Work closely with production teams to achieve targets
\n
• Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping
\n

About You

\n
• Previous injection moulding/plastics manufacturing experience
\n
• Strong machine setting and process control knowledge
\n
• Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills
\n
• Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
\n
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
\n
