Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Helpdesk Administrator for our client based in Glasgow.

\nKey Responsibilities:

- Act as a first point of contact for incoming helpdesk emails and calls, ensuring all enquiries are logged and handled promptly. \n
- Coordinate engineer callouts and schedule repair visits efficiently. \n
- Organise and confirm planned maintenance with customers. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases. \n
- Raise purchase orders and assist in preparing repair quotations. \n
- Provide administrative assistance to both the Helpdesk team and Management. \n
- Regularly update client portals with job progress and completed work. \n
- Arrange accommodation for engineering staff when required. \n
- Manage false alarms and ensure proper follow-up. \n
- Process daily invoicing and ensure accurate billing. \n
- Support the team by covering during holidays and absence. \n
Skills & Experience:

- Confident using IT systems with a good understanding of service management tools. \n
- Experience with simPRO is a bonus but not essential. \n
- Background in a similar helpdesk or admin role, preferably in a busy office environment. \n
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service. \n
- Solid understanding of UK geography for scheduling purposes. \n
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise work effectively, and remain calm under pressure. \n
Offering:

- Competitive salary from £26,000 to £28,000 depending on experience. \n
- Monday to Friday working, 35 hours per week (9am – 5pm). \n
