\nWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant, highly supportive primary school team in Liverpool. If you're ready to make a real difference in a child's early learning journey, we want to hear from you!
How You'll Make an Impact:\n- \n
- Spark Curiosity: Work alongside the class teacher to plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate early years activities. \n
- Nurture Growth: Support children across core areas, including communication, literacy, numeracy, and emotional well-being. \n
- Provide Targeted Support: Work 1-on-1 or with small groups to build confidence and help every child reach their full potential. \n
- Create a Safe Haven: Help maintain a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued. \n
- Track Progress: Observe and celebrate children's development, liaising closely with the class teacher and SENCo. \n

- Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent). \n
- Experience: Hands-on experience working in an EYFS setting. \n
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development. \n
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a patient and proactive attitude, and a genuine warmth that helps you connect with kids, parents, and staff. \n

- Competitive Pay: £95 - £115 per day (depending on experience). \n
