Export Control Product Lead 6-Month Contract | £67.47 per hour (Umbrella) | Mostly Remote - 1/2 days onsite per month | BPSS + SC Clearance Required (Active Clearance Preferred)We're recruiting for an experienced Export Control Product Lead to join a major organisation operating within a highly regulated environment. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of business-critical IT products, shaping their strategic direction while driving value through stakeholder engagement, product delivery and continuous improvement.This role would suit an experienced Product Manager, Product Owner or Applications/Product Lead with a background in enterprise IT and complex business environments.The Role You'll be responsible for the strategic ownership and ongoing development of several Export Control products, ensuring they continue to meet business needs while delivering maximum value. Working closely with Product Analysts, Delivery Leads, Project Managers and key business stakeholders, you'll prioritise change, manage competing demands and oversee successful product delivery.Key Responsibilities Own the product roadmap and strategic direction across multiple enterprise applications.Manage and prioritise the product backlog to maximise business value.Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of product enhancements and projects.Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.Drive continuous improvement across products and services.Produce performance metrics, governance reporting and management information.Balance operational priorities with longer-term product strategy.Product Portfolio You'll be responsible for a suite of Export Control applications, including areas such as:Identity and licence managementExport control auditingSupplier declaration managementInformation classification and metadata markingEmail and web boundary controlsPrevious experience with these specific technologies isn't essential, but experience owning enterprise applications within a regulated environment is highly desirable.About You We're looking for someone with:Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Applications/Product Lead.Experience managing multiple enterprise applications or digital products.Strong Agile delivery experience, including backlog ownership and prioritisation.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working within large, complex organisations.ITIL knowledge or Service Management experience.The ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining strategic focus.Experience within Defence, Aerospace, Government or another regulated industry would be advantageous.Current SC Clearance is desirable but not required as long as you are eligible to be put through it.If you're an experienced Product professional who enjoys working with stakeholders, driving product strategy and delivering business value across enterprise technology, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
