We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealer in Chiswick, for the position of Diagnostic / EV Technician. This is a unique opportunity for skilled automotive professionals specialising in electric and hybrid vehicle diagnostics to join a dynamic and forward-thinking dealership.Diagnostic / EV Technician role highlights:\n

• Competitive basic salary between £46,000 and £48,000, dependent on experience
\n
• Potential to earn an OTE of £56,000 with bonuses and overtime
\n
• Overtime available for additional income
\n
• Working week of 42.5 hours, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota
\n

Duties include:\n

• Diagnosing and repairing hybrid and electric vehicles to industry standards
\n
• Utilising advanced diagnostic equipment to identify issues
\n
• Providing technical support and guidance to the service team
\n
• Ensuring all work adheres to manufacturer guidelines and quality standards
\n
• Keeping up-to-date with EV technology and manufacturer updates
\n
• Contributing to workshop efficiency and meeting quality targets
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• Proven experience as a Diagnostic / EV / Master Vehicle Technician
\n
• Main dealer experience is highly desirable
\n
• Valid EV sign-off or relevant manufacturer certification
\n
• Strong diagnostic skills and in-depth understanding of electric vehicle systems
\n
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
\n
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
\n
