\nAre you an experienced Facilities Technician looking for something a little different?
\nThis is your chance to become a Facilities Technician working at the heart of Southampton Docks, supporting some of the world's most impressive cruise ships as they arrive and depart. If you enjoy hands-on engineering, varied work and being part of a team that keeps a major operation running smoothly, this could be the perfect role.
\nNo two days are the same. As a Facilities Technician, you'll prepare cruise berths, maintain essential equipment, respond to breakdowns and help ensure passengers and crew experience seamless arrivals and departures. It's a role where your skills really matter.
\nWhat you'll bring:
\n- \n
- Previous experience as a Facilities Technician, Maintenance Technician or similar \n
- 17th or 18th Edition certification \n
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
- Comfortable working at height \n
- A proactive attitude with excellent fault-finding skills \n
- 18th Edition qualification would be an advantage but isn't essential \n

\nWorking a 21-day rotating shift pattern, this Facilities Technician position offers plenty of variety, responsibility and the chance to work in one of the UK's busiest and most exciting port environments. The shifts include earlies and lates start and finishing times, as well as weekend work.
\nThe early shift starts at 4:30 AM and ends at 1:30 PM, the late shift begins at 1:15 PM and finishes at 10:15 PM.
