- Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm - 11:53pm \n
- Every Friday off \n

\nWe're recruiting for an Inspection Operative to join a friendly and supportive manufacturing team in Tewkesbury.
\nYou don't need previous inspection experience to be considered, though of course it would be an advantage! We're looking for people with a good eye for detail, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. If you take pride in doing a job properly and enjoy working carefully and accurately, this could be a great opportunity for you.
\nThe role involves inspecting small, manufactured components to ensure they meet quality standards. You'll be working in a clean, modern environment, with much of the work carried out while seated. The role involves light handling of parts and no heavy lifting.
\nWhat You'll Be Doing
\n- \n
- Visually inspecting components for defects or imperfections \n
- Checking products meet quality standards \n
- Using measuring equipment and gauges (full training provided) \n
- Recording inspection results accurately \n
- Following work instructions and quality procedures \n
- Keeping your work area clean and organised \n
- Working as part of a team to maintain high standards \n

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehousing, retail, administration or quality inspection would be an advantage, but it's not essential.
