\nSalary: £65,000–£75,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped performance-related bonus
\nLocation: Home-based, with flexibility to meet clients virtually, in their homes, or at local bank branches. A Birmingham hub office is available for team meetings.

About the role\nAs a Wealth Adviser, you’ll deliver holistic, client-led financial advice to new and existing clients, supported by a provided client bank of around 100 to 110 clients and a steady flow of leads from the wider banking group.
\nYou’ll build personalised financial plans, use cash flow modelling tools, and develop long-term client relationships through face-to-face and virtual advice.

- Level 4 Diploma qualified; Chartered or Level 6 welcome. \n
- Strong experience delivering holistic financial advice. \n
- Ability to build lasting client relationships and generate repeat or referral business. \n
- Confident conducting client meetings and creating tailored financial plans. \n
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty. \n
- Experience using cash flow modelling to support advice recommendations. \n
