We're recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a busy finance team on a 6-month fixed term contract with possibility for extension beyond this. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll play a key role in ensuring supplier queries are resolved efficiently and accounts are kept running smoothly.

The Role

You'll be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger while taking ownership of supplier queries, building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, and ensuring outstanding issues are resolved promptly.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience within an Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger role
\n
• Confidence in investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
\n
• A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail
\n
• Resilience and persistence when following up outstanding issues
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
