The Role

As Senior Event Project Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of medium to large-scale projects, leading delivery from initial brief through to post-event review. A broad role responsibilities include:

• Leading event management across the full project lifecycle, brief through to debrief

• Owning client relationships day-to-day

• Collaborating with creative and technical teams to deliver bespoke experiential solutions

• Budget management and reconciliation

• Ensuring delivery across projects including monitoring timelines and project milestones

• Stakeholder management

• Leading on large-scale projects and delegating effectively across the team

• Contributing to post-project reviews, tracking profitability and identifying improvements

The Candidate

You will be an experienced Senior Event Project Manager with a strong agency background and a track record of delivering complex events independently. Confidence across both the logistical and creative sides of event management is key. To be considered for this Senior Event Project Manager role candidates must have a solid and proven background in delivering a range of events from brief through on-site delivery and post-event review. You will be confident owning client and stakeholder relationships independently, comfortable delegating and leading a team across live project management, and across current technology and trends for interactive, experiential events. Experience managing logistically complex events outside the UK is beneficial but not essential, as is exposure to multiple simultaneous large-scale projects.
