As an Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Raising sales invoices and credit notes accurately across multiple entities
\n
• Allocating cash receipts against customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
\n
• Processing and reconciling daily bank transactions
\n
• Supporting month-end close and general ledger reviews
\n
• Liaising with internal teams to resolve billing and payment queries
\n
• Contributing to process improvements across invoicing and cash allocation
\n

As an Accounts Assistant, your experience will include:

\n
• Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant role
\n
• Strong working knowledge of sales ledger and cash allocation processes
\n
• Confidence with bank reconciliations and general ledger postings
\n
• Experience within a multi-entity or multi-currency finance environment (desirable)
\n
• Good working knowledge of VAT treatment and month-end procedures
\n
• AAT studier or qualified (desirable, not essential)
\n
