The Opportunity\nWorking alongside experienced Clinical Negligence specialists, you will:

Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters with appropriate supervision.
\n - \n
Assist on complex and high-value claims.
\n - \n
Build strong relationships with clients, medical experts and counsel.
\n - \n
Draft legal documents and prepare cases through to settlement or trial where appropriate.
\n - \n
Deliver clear, empathetic advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
\n - \n
Play a key role in the continued growth of an expanding specialist team.
\n
We're keen to speak with solicitors who have:
\n- \n
- \n
Qualified as a Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE.
\n - \n
Experience in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury or Civil Litigation, either post-qualification or gained during training.
\n - \n
Excellent communication and client care skills.
\n - \n
Strong drafting ability and attention to detail.
\n - \n
A proactive approach with excellent organisational and time management skills.
\n - \n
A genuine passion for helping clients through difficult circumstances.
\n

Salary of £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.
\n - \n
