The Role

As a Chartered Commercial Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out a broad range of commercial surveying work
\n
• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions, and leasehold matters
\n
• Undertake property management responsibilities
\n
• Complete Red Book valuations in line with RICS standards
\n
• Provide professional advice to clients across a variety of commercial property instructions
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
\n
• Support the continued growth and reputation of the business
\n
• Ensure all work is delivered accurately, professionally, and within deadlines
\n

Chartered Commercial Surveyor Requirements

\n
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial surveying
\n
• RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor
\n
• Experience across lease renewals, acquisitions, rent reviews, leasehold matters, and property management
\n
• Strong knowledge of Red Book valuations
\n
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
\n
• Professional, collaborative, and commercially aware approach
\n
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
