- Lead and develop a large, high-performing aftersales team \n
- Manage day-to-day operations of the vehicle service and parts departments to optimise customer satisfaction \n
- Ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity, maximising labour sales and parts revenue \n
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with manufacturer policies \n
- Support and motivate colleagues to meet departmental targets \n
- Support business growth by implementing continuous improvement initiatives \n
- Ensure accurate reporting and management of departmental KPIs \n
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers \n
- Support the dealership’s commitment to quality and customer loyalty \n

- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within a medium-to-large franchise dealership \n
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills \n
- Demonstrable success in managing operational processes and achieving business targets \n
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills \n
- IT literacy and familiarity with workshop management systems \n
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points \n
- Ability to commute within a reasonable distance of Swindon \n
