\nThis is an opportunity to join a well-established, international business embarking on an exciting transformation across its Accounts Receivable function. Reporting into the Head of Transactional Services, you'll lead both the Credit Control and Billing teams while taking ownership of a programme of process improvement, automation and operational excellence.

The Opportunity\nLeading two established teams through their Team Leaders, you'll combine operational leadership with transformation delivery, ensuring the business continues to improve cash collection, reduce financial risk and embed efficient, sustainable processes.
\nAlongside overseeing the day-to-day operation, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to redesign existing processes, implement automation and improve reporting, helping shape the future direction of the Accounts Receivable function.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Lead both the Credit Control and Billing functions. \n
- Coach, develop and support two Team Leaders. \n
- Set objectives, monitor KPIs and drive team performance. \n
- Lead Accounts Receivable process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives. \n
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency. \n
- Strengthen Credit Control procedures, governance and financial controls. \n
- Improve cash collection performance, reduce overdue debt and support improvements in DSO. \n
- Produce meaningful management information and performance reporting. \n
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Operations and Sales. \n
- Champion best practice, innovation and a culture of continuous improvement. \n
You'll already have experience leading Credit Control or Accounts Receivable teams and be someone who genuinely enjoys improving processes, developing people and influencing positive change.
\nYou'll bring:
\n- \n
- Previous Credit Manager, Head of Credit or Accounts Receivable management experience. \n
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Credit Control processes. \n
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. \n
- A track record of delivering process improvements or transformation projects. \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. \n
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on cash flow and risk management. \n
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 or similar. \n
- A naturally analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. \n
Experience of finance automation tools such as BlackLine, Lean methodologies or working within multi-entity or international organisations would be advantageous but is not essential.
The Team\nYou'll inherit two established teams, working closely with experienced Team Leaders to support performance, development and continuous improvement.
\nThe wider Transactional Finance function is led by an experienced Head of Transactional Services who has built a collaborative, supportive and people-focused culture. The business has invested heavily in improving both its teams and processes, creating an environment where ideas are encouraged and people are empowered to make a genuine difference.
\nIf you're someone who enjoys coaching others, challenging existing ways of working and leading change, you'll be given the autonomy and support to make a real impact.
What's in it for You?\n- \n
- Salary of £65,000. \n
- 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. \n
- Hybrid working (minimum three office days per week). \n

- Single private healthcare. \n
- Free parking. \n
- Flexible working hours. \n
- Opportunity to lead a significant transformation programme. \n
- High levels of autonomy and exposure to senior leadership. \n
- A collaborative, supportive and forward-thinking culture. \n
If you're looking for a role where you can combine leadership, operational excellence and transformation within a successful and growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
