Electrical Site Manager

Recruit4Staff is proud to be working with their client, a leading UK designer & manufacturer, in their search for a permanent Electrical Site Manager to work in their Shropshire head office.
What our client is offering for the successful Electrical Site Manager:

• Salary: Up to £63,690 (Depending on experience)
\n
• Hours of work: 8:00am – 5pm Monday to Friday but flexibility daily is required
\n
• Permanent position
\n
• 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays

The Role - Electrical Site Manager:

\n
• Oversee and manage all electrical works on site
\n
• Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel
\n
• Reviewing and approving RAMS
\n
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
\n
• Maintain site documentation and reports
\n
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades
\n
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
\n
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks
\n
• Assist engineers onsite

What our client is looking for in an Electrical Site Manager:

\n
• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager- ESSENTIAL
\n
• ECS Card- ESSENTIAL
\n
• Valid SMSTS certification - ESSENTIAL
\n
• Valid First Aid certification - ESSENTIAL
\n
• Must be happy to be hands on, not an office based role, this is a site based role
\n
• C&G 2382 (18th edition)- ESSENTIAL
\n
• Full Valid Driving License- ESSENTIAL
\n
• Work could be based anywhere in the UK, so the ability to travel and stay away from home weekly is essential.
\n
• Strong leadership and communication skills
\n
• Ability to manage programmes and site logistics effectively
\n
