Key Stage 1 is where the real educational magic begins! As a TA or 1:1 Support Assistant, you get to be the encouraging voice, the patient listener, and the champion every young learner needs.

You'll be helping 5 to 7-year-olds navigate their first big steps in school by:

• Bringing Learning to Life: Helping small groups master phonics, early maths, and creative storytelling.
\n
• Being a 1:1 Champion: Giving tailored support to children with SEND, ADHD, ASD, or SEMH needs so they feel confident and included.
\n
• Fostering Independence: Guiding little hands through hands-on activities, play-based learning, and classroom routines.
\n
• Building Big Confidence: Being a calm, positive, and reassuring presence when things feel a little overwhelming.
\n

You don't need years of formal classroom experience-just a big heart, plenty of patience, and a genuine passion for helping young children thrive!
