Our organization is dedicated to simplifying the locum tenens experience. We not only assist in finding positions that align with your preferences but also manage all logistical aspects such as credentialing, accommodations, travel arrangements, and more. Key Responsibilities

• Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Manage a patient load of 15 to 20 individuals daily
• Participate in clinic, on-call duties, and operating room responsibilities
• On-call rotation of 1:4, covering from Friday 7 AM to Monday 7 AM, plus 24-hour shifts
• Weekly operating room block time, scheduled for 1 to 2 days each week
• Provide adult inpatient and outpatient urology services
• Perform procedures including cystoscopies, biopsies, and vasectomies
• Hospital privileges are necessary

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $220.00 to $275.00
• Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications
• All-inclusive rates cover base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, on-call, and holiday work
