Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technical Administrator to join their team. As a Quality Technical Administrator, you will be an essential part of the Quality Department supporting customer inquiries and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive within this dynamic organization.

Job Title: Quality Technical Administrator

Location: Anoka, MN

Pay Range: $21 - $26/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 4:30PM

What's the Job?

  • Respond to technical customer requests such as product specifications, questions, labeling, and technical support inquiries.
  • Support investigation, logging, and resolution of customer feedback and complaints related to quality issues.
  • Assist with product inspection and testing activities to maintain high productivity and technical integrity of products.
  • Review and maintain quality and supplier documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Interact with customers and vendors as needed to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Prefer 1-2 years of experience related to food production, quality, regulatory, or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and data management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively as needed.
