Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Osseo, MN

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
• Recent experience delivering SLP services to pediatric or school-aged populations
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with educational documentation requirements
• Excellent communication skills with students, families, and educational teams
• Organization and time-management skills, especially in dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, aligned with IEP goals and student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in individual or group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other special education professionals to support each student’s unique goals
• Maintain accurate, timely records consistent with school and state requirements
• Engage and communicate regularly with families about progress, strategies, and support
