Make a difference in the lives of students throughout the 2026-2027 academic year as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist working exclusively onsite. Multiple openings are available for full-time professionals ready to provide essential services in high school, middle school, and elementary settings. Your skills will support students’ communication needs, fostering growth and confidence across diverse age groups.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • SLP-CCC certification preferred (or eligibility for it).
  • Current or eligible Washington State SLP License.
  • Willingness to complete required fingerprinting through OSPI.
  • Prior experience supporting students in school settings is highly valued.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and school staff.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and commitment to onsite service; no virtual roles are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation tracking student progress and service delivery.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating on student success.
  • Consult with teachers and other staff to generalize communication skills across environments.
  • Engage in parent meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
