Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech! You’ll accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years CT Tech experience
\n
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
\n
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
\n
• BLS certification
\n
• ARRT CT required
\n
• CT & Xray experience required
\n

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM
\n
• Shift Days: Thursday - Sunday
\n
• On-call requirement: 4 days of call per month
\n
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Location Highlights

Carlsbad, New Mexico offers access to Carlsbad Caverns National Park, located about 30 minutes from the city, and the Pecos Riverwalk, which runs through town with walking paths and public recreation areas. Living in Carlsbad places travelers near Guadalupe Mountains National Park, about 1 hour away in Texas, and the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens State Park, located on the north side of the city. The area supports an outdoor lifestyle with boating and fishing at Brantley Lake State Park, about 20 minutes from Carlsbad, and hiking opportunities throughout the Chihuahuan Desert region. Carlsbad is a smaller city with regional air service at Cavern City Air Terminal and driving access to El Paso in about 2.5 hours.
