Job Type: Full-time, PRN
Salary Range: $45-52.22, depending on experience
Available Schedules: Evening 8-hour rotations, PRN (All Shifts)
Shift Differentials: Night (NOC), Evening

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans based on any changes in the patient’s condition. Daily, you will also provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Must be currently licensed/registered in the applicable state, maintaining an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment
- Communicate effectively and work productively within an interdisciplinary team
