Family Medicine - Physician - Syracuse, NY

Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician with obstetrics experience to become part of our established outpatient practice located at 321 Gifford St., Syracuse, NY 13204.

You will be joining a well-resourced and collaborative team dedicated to providing care for patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, along with women's health services. This clinic features both Family Medicine and Pediatrics on-site and has a significant demand for OB experience, making it an excellent opportunity for a primary care physician interested in obstetric care. Our practice environment prioritizes patient care, supported by strong system resources and comprehensive ancillary support.

• Comprehensive care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Management of acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions
• Preventive services, including immunizations and cancer screenings
• Women's health services, such as annual pelvic exams, pap smears, and obstetric care
• A collaborative, team-oriented clinical atmosphere

Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekends or holidays).

• One shift from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM approximately every 8 weeks, depending on provider coverage
• Shared call rotation

• New York State medical licensure and DEA certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Experience in obstetrics is highly preferred
• Open to both seasoned physicians and recent graduates

Our organization provides a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

• Base salary ranging from $225,000 to $242,000
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation relevant to the position. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with state law and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• Starting bonus of $50,000
• Retention bonuses:
  • $25,000 in Year 1
  • $25,000 in Year 2
• Resident compensation available at $2,500 per month
