\nWhat You’ll Do:\n
\nInstall, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.\n
\nQuickly identify the root cause of malfunctions and execute precision repairs.\n
\nBuild rapport with homeowners, effectively presenting products and service options that solve their long-term needs.\n
\nProvide timely solutions for urgent plumbing situations while maintaining clear communication with dispatch.\n
\nKeep your company vehicle clean and well-stocked while ensuring every job site is left spotless.\n
\nAccurately complete all digital paperwork and service records on time.\n
\n
\nWhat You Bring:\n
\nValid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.\n
\n2+ years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation.\n
\nMandatory experience in residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options.\n
\nDeep understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards.\n
\nA personable, professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication.\n
\nA valid driver’s license and a clean, safe driving record.\n
\n
\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:\n
\nMust be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day.\n
\nFrequent bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling and twisting of body while working.\n
\nBe able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.\n
\nMust be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights.\n
\nWork is performed both indoors and outdoors and is not limited by weather conditions. May work in extreme temperatures, including heat and cold, as well as in dusty, wet, or dirty spaces.\n
